Here's what I've been eating for the past week. Oatmeal porridge, topped with home made apple sauce, home made spice sugar
and milk. For dessert, a small bowl of fruit, usually kiwi, raspberries and passionfruit. Delicious, and sturdy enough to keep me happy for many hours.
Mmm, looks like a delicious breakfast!
I've been having my spiced sugar in my coffee, Anne. Hadn't thought of using it on porridge. Thanks for recipe - how about a link for other blog readers.
Just waiting for the weather to get a little colder and then I'll change over from my summer breakfast of fruit, yoghurt and oatcakes to lovely, warm oats...
I love semolina porridge, hold the salt, add vanilla sugar and a dab of salt.
