This is a super spread that goes with almost anything. It's great on a burger, or on toast. Try it on top of pasta, or mixed in a salad. Or just on baguette.
And you don't really need measurements, either. I had about 150 g feta cheese, 4-5 sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped, and a handful of really good kalamata olives, again finely chopped. Mix it all together, and add a few spoonfuls of crème fraîche to help bind it together. And that's it!
