Well, it's essentially the same as the meat sauce I make for
Jamie Oliver's "Amazing Lasagna" - the only difference is that I used one can of cherry tomatoes and one of crushed tomatoes, rather than two of whole tomatoes. And all beef mince.
Delicious! And easy to make - it does take time, but it's well worth it.
