Spiced nuts

Made some spiced nuts. Why do people buy mixes when it's so easy? Took
me ten minutes, and it's much tastier than what you can buy. That
said, I still really miss honey-roasted cashews and haven't been able
to recreate those very well at home. Oh well, can't have it all!

Hej Anne!
Is the recipe for these anywhere in your blog?

Tack!

Not for these exact ones - I just improvised. It's dead simple though - I heated a little oil, toasted almonds, walnuts and cashews with paprika and salt. Added a little sugar, and when that was melted, removed everything to a bowl and added more spice. (I used cayenne, sea salt, cinnamon and cumin.)

Fungerar det att göra med nötter som redan är saltade, tro? Jag har en jättepåse med blandade salta nötter och jag är lite trött på dem.

Visst! Skölj av, rosta lätt i lite olja och så krydda! :)

I so agree...why buy when you can make something equally delicious of your own

Honey-roasted cashews are my favorite. And I agree! It is so easy to make at home, why go to the store and buy generic ones?
