We had a lot of food - barbecued chicken, and vegetables and sausages for skewers
And for sides, three salads - a
herbed potato salad, bulgur with tomato and balsamic vinaigrette, and a delicious israeli couscous salad with lemon, garlic and parsley. (Recipe to come.)
Several types of olives, some lactose free feta-style cheese (new from Finnish company Valio)
A totally tasty mustardy coleslaw. And a great cake. But I'll tell you about those later.
