Anne, I love reading about your take on Swedish food and holidays. I'm moving to Germany soon to teach English, but--shh! don't tell-- if the Swedes weren't so good at English themselves I'd love to move there! Your blog only enhances my love for Sweden and Swedish food! The cake looks delicious.
