Dinner last night

Me and the boys were out all day yesterday, on what turned out to be one of the hottest and sunniest days all summer. We had more or less decided on take-out, but when we came home, noone could muster up the energy to go get it. (There aren't any delivering services here.)

Good thing I have a stocked fridge. We ended up with this - tortellini, a store-bought tomato sauce, peas, crumbled feta and shredded Parma ham. Delicious, and almost zero effort.

Improvised meals are often the best...

www.onlinepizza.com :) Put in your postal code and they'll give you a list of restaurants in your area that will deliver. Depending on where you are it might just be pizza but some places have all sorts of restaurants that will deliver.

Ah, thanks for the reminder Carrie :-) I might have to try that some time!

Your idea of tortellini is excellent. Anne has done it well. I also keep on experimenting with indian food recipes and surely share something new soon.
