We're having lunch at Matmekka, at Etnografiska Museet in Stockholm. Highly recommended! We both chose cabbage pudding, which is a layered casserole with minced beef, serves with mashed root vegetables and lingonberries. Also awesome sourdough bread, salad and even soup - didn't have room for that though.
(I did however have room for half a slice of a divine chocolate truffle cake, served with whipped cream and berries. Oh, so yummy!)
