Busy!

Sorry for not blogging yesterday, or earlier today - I've been busy building my new cookbook shelf! I grew out of my old one - not surprising - so we switched to this new one. It takes up a whole wall in our living room, and yes - it's all cookbooks. (And a few boxes of toys at the bottom.) I swear my books must have bred and multiplied when they were stacked away during the switch! Crazy!

Wow, Anne! It's so impressive! I have only got three cookbooks in my life so far (by the way, just recently :)
I have to show your bookcase to my husband. I bet, he is going to be even more impressed maybe than I am: it is because he grew up with mother and grandmother who kept all the recipes in their memories, besides, he got a wife like them (me, of course :)
Anyway, Anne, I want to pay you a big respect for your gigantic job in culinary you are doing for us! Thanks again for your recipes! I used them many times and my family loves them so much (“Match made in heaven” is one of our favorites).

Hej Anne!
What a relief to know I'm not the only one like this...
How many of them do you reckon you have? :)

Gabriela, I think it's about 200. Or well, I have them all entered in an excel document, but I'm doing some revisions.. :)

Mariya, thank you so much :) And thanks for reminding me, I need to make that again myself!

I envy your bookshelf! Impressive, I have a small book shelf right now but I am in pursuit of reading more, and buying more cookbooks to get to where your book shelf is!

Hej Anne,

What a collection - I'm really envious. I've often thought of starting my own blog and calling it NotAnotherCookbook! as that's what my other half usually says when I head home with another fantastic volume. Currently loving recipes in the Nordic Diet (Chicken with Rhubarb my new summer fav!)
