This was my first bibimbap ever, on Friday. I liked it, and P loves it. I'd like to try making my own, so naturally I turn to you. Any favorite recipes?
nice to know that korean food has at least one fan in scandinavia. looks good! i see meat, kimchi, cucumbers, and seaweed salad... but i am not sure what else there is. in korean tradition, it's nice to have all the colours; green, yellow, white, black/brown, red/orange. usually i put bean sprouts, spinach, fern bracken, mushrooms, and of course egg. sometimes i add kimchi but usually the hot pepper paste is enough spiciness for me. (:
Yum, looks like good Bibimbap to me. I've never made it, but I've certainly enjoyed eating it. It's all in the sauce. I'll ask some of my Korean friends for their recipes for you.
Lustigt sammanträffande, jag åt min första Bibimbap på Restaurang Koreana i Helsingborg igår. Den serverades i en varm gjutjärns"gryta" med lock och var precis så god jag hade föreställt mig. Gillade verkligen smakerna som uppstod då man blandade samman allt till en härlig röra.

Well there are certainly more than one. I cook it and namul(s) very often.

Min favorit på restaurang är Arirangs.
If you like Bibimpap, you should try Galbi and Bulgogi too. Both are very yummy and popular Korean dishes!

Here's a good recipe, I've just tried it :)
You need to have the korean hot pepper sauce though, they normally come in red rectangular buckets at Asian stores here in sweden.
