I had big plans to make a rhubarb crumble for guests tonight. I was going to serve it with a ginger semifreddo. But the shops didn't have any rhubarb AND my husband announced that he doesn't like ginger in desserts. Now I am really, really regretting changing my plans!
I love rhubarb and i´m always searching for new recipes. This one looks delicious.
Hi Anne,I really enjoy reading your blog, thank you for the lovely pictures and delicious recipes. It's wonderful to connect with someone living so far away.I first became interested in Swedish cuisine while watching a show with a Swedish chef on our public television called New Scandinavian Cooking. I wish we had access to more things that you do.I hope it's ok, I've added your site to my blog roll and will continue reading yours regularly.~Sarah
