I had big plans to make a rhubarb crumble for guests tonight. I was going to serve it with a ginger semifreddo. But the shops didn't have any rhubarb AND my husband announced that he doesn't like ginger in desserts. Now I am really, really regretting changing my plans!
I love rhubarb and i´m always searching for new recipes. This one looks delicious.
Hi Anne,
I really enjoy reading your blog, thank you for the lovely pictures and delicious recipes. It's wonderful to connect with someone living so far away.
I first became interested in Swedish cuisine while watching a show with a Swedish chef on our public television called New Scandinavian Cooking. I wish we had access to more things that you do.
I hope it's ok, I've added your site to my blog roll and will continue reading yours regularly.

Anne: thanks so much for all the effort you put in your blog. It is not only interesting, but very informative too! I am a Swedish American and have great interest in food. Our favorite family meal is the family recipe from my grandfather of Swedish Crepes. I'd be interested in sharing recipes.
PLease check out my blog. We can blogroll each other if you like it.

You read my mind - I bought some rhubarb on Friday and have been debating what else I can make with it. Hurrah - inspiration!
