Sometimes, it's just what you need. This recipe is easy to cut in thirds. (Although, it still makes quite a bit, so if you're not so greedy, it might be enough to share.)
Anne, if any dessert was going to be worth it just to make for yourself it would be this. I love choc mousse, but only ever homemade, as shop bought just never tastes right. I think I would be tempted to make the triple batch thought. Still just for one

danger, will robinson! not being able to make chocolate mousse in a single-serving size is the only thing that keeps me from eating it every day.
