About Me
I just love food. I love reading about food, writing about food, cooking food and.. not surprisingly, eating food. I live in Stockholm, Sweden, with my husband and our five cats, and I'm 30 years old. I love reading other people's blogs too - for fun, I mostly read food blogs, but in my work, I keep track of Swedish politics and international events.

I couldn't agree more, but I don't like the white ones...
i have just come home after filling up the car and couldn't help but pick up a super-size bag of them myself... won't last long, I am sure!
my friend and I keep having debates about how to eat them, though, peel chocolate cover first (only with your teeth and tongue, obviously), then suck the malt bit until it disintegrates or bite immediately for maximum crunch?
It certainly is! Great candy bowl.
Onemorehandbag - I prefer the regular ones, too, but white are ok. Hm, I wonder if they make them in dark?
Thepassionatecook - I'm firmly in the peel chocolate off first, then enjoy center. Although the other way is ok every now and then :)
Anna - thank you, it's from Iittala, by Marimekko. I adore it.

you should try the malteser cake in nigella lawson's feast (i think that is the one). it is delicious!
believe it or not, i have found out over the last few days that maltesers are a perfect cure for heartburn! (and believe me, I know a thing or two about this, given that I am about to have my 3rd!)
A handful of maltesers munched before bedtime and i am heartburn free for the night as well as the following day - and no, I will NOT discuss my waistline here ;-)
