Tasty stuff!

I might be the last on the planet to realize, but Green & Black make some really good chocolate. I bought a bar each of "dark & almond" and "cherry" - and it's pure bliss. Great chocolate, and great add-ins - I especially like the caramelized almonds.

This is a spice mix that my sister Silvi gave me for my birthday! It's by Renée Voltaire who runs a store-café (Stationshuset) in Saltsjöbaden, and it's a mix of toasted sesame seeds, toasted pumpkin seeds, toasted sunflower seeds and sea salt. Very tasty sprinkled on just about anything, great on salads. Renée Voltaire is very much into raw foods and offers classes on how to cook raw. Hmm, maybe I should try one!

My favourite is the dark one with chrystalised ginger pieces - great to nibble on its own, and also wonderful in cakes & tarts.

Erik brought me back 4 bars last time he went to the UK. Have eaten only one so far.

Yes, the dark chocolate bar by green and blacks is so fabulous. I once tested it against a couple other really good chocolate brands and it won, hands down.

Even though one is not completley sold on the raw food life style, there is still a lot to learn about how to handle food and nutricion, I think. Renée Voltaire is for sure on a very good and positive mission!
