10 things you didn't know about me

1. I own over 400 eyeshadows
2. I'm running for local elections this year (and I work full time in politics)
3. I once won a dart championship (and won a trip to London!)
4. I burn from the sun - even in a tanning salon
5. I work out quite a bit - spinning and bodypump being my favorite forms of exercise
6. I'm a sucker for pretty jewelry (thank goodness my sister owns a jewelry store!)
7. My favorite color is red
8. I love gadgets, and would die if my PalmPilot was lost
9. I have been active on various boards and in different organizations since I was twelve.
10. I have a Master's degree in "Science, Technology and Society in Europe". (Quite a mouthfull.)

Kevin tagged me. I'm tagging Niki at Esurientes, Lori at Dessertfirst and Oslofoodie!

I was tagged for the "7 meme for 7 bloggers" by Rokh from the blog Tham Jiak, all the way in Malaysia! Cool! But oh my god, very hard questions. I couldn't deal with it - sorry!

Wow, I thought I owned a lot of eyeshadow. Are you as obsessed with other makeup as well? By the way, good luck with the elections!

Nikka - I know :) Some readers know me better than others! And wow, it was really hard to think of ten things to tell...

Crystal and Hillevi - well, let's just say I have other makeup to match... Or to open my own store. :) I guess it comes from growing up with three big sisters! Makeup has been quite a big hobby for me for a while - not so much right now though.

Anne, I was not trying to insult you (and if you found it insulting, I apologise). It was nothing but a legitimate question - you didn't have to delete it. I even came back to see what you had to say on the subject ... I guess we're being catty instead of mature here. Pity.

Alice, I found it quite unkind. (And in your words - catty.) Feel free to e-mail me and I'll be happy to discuss it in more detail. (I can not e-mail you, since you don't have a link in your comment.)

Oops, how do you have time for all your skills AND your blog? I thought you work full-time...

Anne said...

Hillevi - MK? I'll give you a holler next time I need something :)

Angelika, thank you so much :) And I'm glad you enjoyed the cookies!

Sailu - right back at you!

Christina, thank you, that comment really made my day! Definitely do vote - your voice makes a difference. I run for the Swedish liberal party - but that doesn't say much. :)

Viktoria, I do work full time.. or a little more than that right now, being an election year. Food blogging is a great way to relax though! And as for skills - well, I don't know. It's the kind of education that makes you great at Jeopardy, but as far as applying for jobs? Not so good...

Anne,

I, too, am a sucker for pretty jewelry. I'm like a crow searching out the shiny pretty things.

I relate to the burnings. I have two modes: pale or sunburnt. Danged Scottish skin!

Good luck on your political life :D

My god Anne, 400 eyeshadows??? Heavens. Well, I once went through a lipstick phase where I owned about 30 of them at one time. But you do have nice eyes.

These memes are nice. It's good to know the people behind some of my favorite food blogs. Thanks for tagging me!

Lori, I thought this was a pretty fun meme, and a bit different! :)
