This is such an easy snack, I'd barely even post it if it wasn't part of our large 13-course meal this year. It was a great start to the meal, and went very well with the Fizzy Cassis drink I made.
So - what you need:
a bag of microwave popcorn
a handful of parmesan cheese, finely grated
a handful of fresh dill, finely chopped
Microwave the popcorn. Immediately pour into a bowl, add the cheese, shake well and cover with plastic. Let it sit for a minute, so the cheese has a chance to melt. Then, add the dill. Serve right away.
