It had been so long since we last made lasagna, and I had a real hankering for it. However, I didn't bother to use a recipe this time - I improvised a sauce bolognese that simmered for two hours, and then I made a quick sauce bechamel. I layered the two with pre-cooked lasagna noodles, and some cheese, then topped with more cheese - Swedish sharp Västerbottenost - and baked for 20 minutes. Yummy!
