I made naan too, to go with the butter chicken. It wasn't great, so I'll try again some time, but I need a better recipe. Any favorites, or tips for me?
Thanks everyone! I'll have a look and try to compare :) I do have a cast iron pan, but I much prefer to bake in the oven as it can be hard to time... but it might be worth it :)
I just love food. I love reading about food, writing about food, cooking food and.. not surprisingly, eating food. I live in Stockholm, Sweden, with my husband, our two boys, and our cats.
Food I can't easily get here:
- Honey-roasted cashews
- Stone-ground corn meal, any color
-Velveeta
-Taco Bell Mild Sauce (Yes, the little foil packets!)
-freeze-dried corn
Other stuff:
- A Le Creuset shallow casserole, turquoise or red (just like Nigellas!)
- Starbucks stuff
-Red Pepper & Salt wooden mills from Peugeot, medium size.

Long ago I bookmarked this recipe, but I have not tried it. I would probably cook it in a cast iron pan. Do you have one?

Hi Anne,
We make our naan with this recipe:

and think it's just perfect. Unfortunately it is in german, but if you wish I could translate it for you. Just let me know.
