Watermelon & Feta Salad
I can't tell you how much watermelon we've bought, and eaten, this summer. I try to keep some in the fridge at all times. We all love it, it's so refreshing.
This simple salad can be adapted in a hundred different ways. This is very basic but feel free to add things you like - maybe some black olives, capers, chopped coriander or maybe just some black pepper.
Watermelon & Feta Salad
serves 4
1 large watermelon wedge, in large dice
70 g feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 small red onion, finely diced
1 lime, juiced
Just toss to combine.

perfect! we did not use our watermelon for today's party and feta is in the fridge! thanks!
I love this salad. The combination of the sweet juicy melon and the salty crumbly feta is a triumph :)
It really is a lovely combination. I do this but with the addition of pecan nuts - the texture combination and flavours work brilliantly.
James, that sounds like a great addition!
I am so intrigued by this combination. I totally have to try it!
Watermelon is one my favorite fruit. Aside from the fact that it can really refreshed, it can also add sugar together with water in our body.
This is really a great idea to deal with watermelon salad.
Looks and sounds refreshing,I will like to add some mint leaves to it as well..:-)
Yummy. Vi gjorde den här till grillat kött i går. Hur gott som helst!
