Hi Anne! I am picking some from my tree this weekend as well. How do you prepare them for the freezer? Do you peel and cut them up and then freeze?
Hi Chelsey! Exatctly - peel and pit, and then I cut them into wedges and freeze in plastic bags. It's perfectly fine for pies later on, or to make applesauce.
