I have just been having a giggle with a couple of friends in Hong Kong on facebook whose husbands keep killing their blenders by crunching up too much ice in their protein shakes...told them they need to move to Sverige so they can win yours heehee. Kate :)
Oh no, I'm not supposed to put ice in my smoothies :|. I only started blending smoothies last summer and always worried whether the blender didn't really like the ice. Mine was a gift, I think a Cuisinart.
