Anne, I love reading about your take on Swedish food and holidays. I'm moving to Germany soon to teach English, but--shh! don't tell-- if the Swedes weren't so good at English themselves I'd love to move there! Your blog only enhances my love for Sweden and Swedish food! The cake looks delicious. -Lizzy
p.s.- Have you ever heard of or made a cloudberry souffle? I'm thinking of making one...
Lizzy, thank you, and I hope you'll come visit!! :) I have actually made a cloudberry soufflé, in the very early days of this blog: http://annesfood.blogspot.com/2005/10/imbb-20-cloudberry-vanilla-souffl.html
It was my first (and only to date) soufflé - turned out great!
