Tosca!


I made my dad's favorite cake, a Swedish Tosca Cake, sine Father's Day is this Sunday. This time, I used all blanched almonds, about 150 g in total. Turned out quite lovely - I'm especially pleased with the caramel topping.

My mom used t make Swedish Tosca as she called them every year at Christmas. She put them in those little fluted tart pans. Delicious! Now that you have reminded me of them, I'll have to make some this Christmas. Lovely!!!
