Culatello - a fancy prosciutto - with pickled porcini and pecorino oro. We're out to dinner with work, and having a lovely meal.

Thanks for those book tips! My mamma is coming to Toronto for a visit in November and I am working on a cookbook list for her. The Provence one sound like a good book. Have you seen Jan Heds new baking book? I think I need that one as well....
Anna, I have, and will review it in a few days. I don't love it - like all of his books, it's very fussy and exact, rather than inspiring. But there are of course a whole lot if goodies in it, definitely. :)
