Cool watermelon salad

Just the thing for a hot evening. Watermelon, red onions, capers, basil, black olives and feta cheese, dressed with a little olive oil and vinegar.

Tja! I'm not sure why but this recipe reminded me of a dessert I used to have as a kid that was made of watermelon sorbet with chocolate "seeds" (similar to this recipe but without the liquor http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Watermelon-Sorbet-with-Chocolate-Seeds-12499). Yummm!

Yum!!!!! I love watermelon in salads on a hot day! The other day I tried a real nice combo of different melons (water- honeydew- and cantalope-), fresh mint leaves and grilled halloumi cheese. Salt and pepper and a dash of oil - delicious!!!!!
