Yesterday was waffle day in Sweden. I actually made a few for dessert, but we had leftover batter so we're having them again for lunch today. Homemade strawberry jam and whipped cream - yum!
Maria - sorry, I (like many Swedes) use powdered mix. But check out Dagmar's blog - she just posted a recipe that I'm sure is great. I had her savory waffles a few days ago and they were awesome. :) http://www.acatinthekitchen.com/?p=539
