Bread

More or less every weekend, one of us goes to Gateau bakery to buy
bread. It's definitely an indulgence for us, and a delightful one. We
buy bread for our breakfast, and sometimes a pastry. Then we come back
home, make coffee and always some soft-boiled eggs, too. That's our
weekend breakfast routine - what's yours?

I have youghurt and a banana, topped off with natural muesli, sunflower seeds and shredded coconut. I eat it in bed, while reading SvD. Afterwards, I always have a peace of dark chocolate. I hate sleeping in on saturdays, just because I love my breakfast so much!

It normally ends up being brunch... so croque madame's if at home. Or just some soft boiled eggs for breakfast with buttered soldiers to dip. Basically, eggs. :)

Just found your inspiring blog and felt I could contribute to your question about weekend routines.

Sat and Sunday mornings has to include a smoothie! Yoghurt, banana, orange juice and fruits of some kind. Mango, rasberries, blueberries or strawberries, whatever is in the fridge.

Bread is always available (I bake it myself 2 times/week), and a grand latte from the Dream-machine. On my bread I want boiled eggs or cheese/turkey. After that the weekend can start.

Bread is a must for every meal.

If I had a good night, without any of the various familymembers to wake me upp- I go for pancakes, thick American style, with lots of homemade jam or honey, and whipped cream. Or quick made scones, or blueberrymuffins. I Dream of having my own bakery.

I Ektorp?
Där skulle jag gärna bo igen men har inte råd.

I currently have just the same breakfast as everyday's, but I would love to have warm muffins or crepes!
