OK, you're going to have to, like, post a recipe. Hearing the description just doesn't quite explain to me how that would all ... work. Really: vegetarian though I am, I want to know how in the world it comes together!
I know - I know, neither the photo nor the description does this justice though! It really did come together very well - but it's certainly something I'd have never thought of myself. Put blueberries in with the basmati rice? Never! But it was surprisingly nice, and.. well, blue. :)

Blueberry rice??? Intriguing... do tell!
Emiglia - I think she just added some frozen blueberries while the rice was cooking. It gave a hint of flavor, but mostly lots of color.
