Golden risotto with veal

This was SO good! I made a basic saffron risotto, but with mushrooms - dried porcini, reconstituted in warm water, stirred in at the end. We served it with some sautéed veal on top. Yum!

Veal is the most evil meat you could purchase! I love your blog but seriously... veal?

Anonymous - sorry you feel that way! I don't find it more evil than any other meat production - as long as you have dairy cows, you'll end up with veal as well...
