More on tortellini

bluecheesetortellini

Tortellini remains one of my favorite pastas. Here, it's simply tossed with a blue cheese sauce, crumbled crispy bacon and green peas, and then baked.

Now you'll have to excuse, I'm busy playing with the best thing to hit the 'net in a very long time: Spotify.

Spotify is "not availible" in my country. Bummer. Neither is your tortellini - man I wish I was in Sweden now.

Tortellini is one of my favourites too, and everything's better with bacon!

I'm curious, can you find different kind of fillings in Sweden too?
Anyway, my favourite tortellini recipe is with cream and chopped prosciutto cotto, tossed with loads of grated nutmeg. Have you tried it?
Shame, today I have spinach cannelloni..I wish I had tortellini :'(

Ah Rebecca, that's too bad - I think Spotify will probably be worldwide eventually, but they're just in beta now.

Valeria, we can - as long as we buy the fresh-made kind. For once, I bought dried tortellini, and that just comes in "ham" or "cheese". Fresh ones come with many different fillings though! I really should practise making my own - I suck at the folding...
