Per made dinner the other night - these yummy canneloni filled with spinach, ricotta and chicken, and topped with a tomato sauce, parmesan and sundried tomatoes. Yum!
Anne, Did he make pasta, buy it, or use crepes? I do a canneloni using homemade pasta, rolled very thin, that I don't boil. The first time I made it a simply forgot to boil the pasta, the second time I remembered and it wasn't as good, so I haven't boiled it since, it cooks just fine during it's time in the oven and is wonderfully light -- somewhere between cooked pasta and a crepe.

I enjoy your site. This recipe is very similar to one I already make... but, I think yours looks even better!
Feline - han kan när han vill :) Nästa gång blir det ditt recept.

Kevin - he used ready-made canneloni tubes (dried), we had some that desperate needed using up. :)
