Oh perfect for WTSIM! We used to do grilled corn on the barbecue in their husks sometimes too, to cook them more slowly without burning. There is something so delicious abotu corn with the added smoky flavour of a BBQ. And of course, the irreplaceable sensation of melted butter dribbling down your forearms as you eat ;-)

I have just checked our garden and the corn is not nearly ready yet. Not enough sun. In the meantime I will just look at yours and dream. Try smearing with chilli butter and a squeeze of fresh lime before serving...yum
