Looks nice, doesn't it? Funny thing is, I can't remember at all what this is. The photo is called "Garlic Tomato Chicken" so I gather that's what it is, but as to what went in it? I have no idea. At all. I'm so sorry. Apparently I made it in April and.. well, I suppose it can't have been that memorable after all.

Yuffie - oh, thank you :) I don't have very many tricks, but the few important ones are really good lightning and a good camera. And use as clean backgrounds as possible (something which I often don't do actually, but sometimes I'm just too lazy).
I have to agree with everyone else. This looks amazing. i was hoping it had a recipe with it - was looking for something to make for dinner. I guess I'll have to experiment to see if I can find a recipe for this.
Am enjoying all your other posts as well. Thanks for all the inspiration and great recipes!
