Honey Baked Chèvre



Honey Baked Chèvre

Simple, but very very good. It's an excellent quick dessert, with a perfect balance of sweet and salty.

For each person, take a slice of chèvre. It should be about 1 cm thick. Put in a small ramekin. Drizzle over honey, and drop a couple of pistachios (roasted and salted) on top. Bake at 200°C for 8-10 minutes.

Wow, I was actually not familar with chèvre until reading this recipe. Now that I have done some research, it looks sooo good. Oh, and how I love salty flavors! As for the pistacios, ironically I just gave away a gigantic bag of these nuts because I could not stop eating them! Now I wish I had them back...
