Remember Jamy? He moved out about a month ago (and how I cried!) but this was taken right before that. He's happily diving into a bowl of whipped cream and yogurt with lemon, that I made for a divine dessert with lemon-macerated strawberries and pistachios. Delicious. And so he thought, too.

Holler - well, we breed, so it's really no surprise when they move, but this little guy totally stole my heart. Such a darling! And the strawberries were left to marinate in lemon juice, some finely grated lemon peel and a spoonful of sugar! :)
