Special fika

This is something quite special. Glasswienerbröd from a bakery in Boda, a small village outside Rättvik. It's basically a yeasted puff pastry, a Danish, filled with "glasskräm", a mixture of whipped cream and vanilla pastry cream. Amazingly good.
