Naan

naan

I made naan too, to go with the butter chicken. It wasn't great, so I'll try again some time, but I need a better recipe. Any favorites, or tips for me?

  1. Long ago I bookmarked this recipe, but I have not tried it. I would probably cook it in a cast iron pan. Do you have one?

    and think it's just perfect. Unfortunately it is in german, but if you wish I could translate it for you. Just let me know.

  4. Thanks everyone! I'll have a look and try to compare :) I do have a cast iron pan, but I much prefer to bake in the oven as it can be hard to time... but it might be worth it :)
