I agree that some sort of kick would be needed - the coconut and parsnip together might be just too sweet.Jeannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12325204219395014329noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814165.post-32856491012190602492007-05-17T08:07:00.000+02:002007-05-17T08:07:00.000+02:00Shelly - ouch! I tried to find Savoy, but no luck there - I'll keep looking though, because we really did like the flavor combination. Husband vas extremely sceptical but wolfed his bowl down. :)

Jessika - thank you. I'm back now, no fire, and I was at a big hospital, in an actual operation room instead of a small office. Felt safe. Woozy now. :)Annehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18224478760304481724noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814165.post-71829490974112012802007-05-16T10:04:00.000+02:002007-05-16T10:04:00.000+02:00good luck at the dentist! Even though I usually love a little (even a lot) acid in my food it does not work here. It spoils the subtle balance. You only need lime when using inferior coconut milk (which is ubiquitous in Sweden).
I tested with/without lime on ten people and all agreed.
Try to get Savoy coconut milk and see if you still feel the same. It is aworld of difference.
Big hugs to you and thanks for helping!Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14159265667726140442noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814165.post-56167246186801230132007-05-16T08:52:00.000+02:002007-05-16T08:52:00.000+02:00Anne - parsnip & coconut soup sounds really intere...Anne - parsnip & coconut soup sounds really interesting, I'd love to try that combination!
It must have been fun to test/taste all those recipes for Lisa Förare Winbladhs!?Pillehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05817049547134774699noreply@blogger.com
