Talking about Arlanda and Starbucks... one of the last times I flew from Arlanda I was exhausted and treated myself to what I anticipated to be overpriced, not very good airport food but I didn't want to be exhausted and hungry. I had such a delicious shrimp smörgås and a tub of thick filmjölk. I think I will try to make that for myself, or better yet, for myself and a guest.John Khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13851129178901292803noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814165.post-37743003472404741372010-04-03T18:36:05.560+02:002010-04-03T18:36:05.560+02:00If you do find a good homemade version, I'd lo...If you do find a good homemade version, I'd love to hear about it. Homemade english muffins dry out pretty quickly too, and I'm always willing to experiment. :)Sarah Cornellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03062146419964258362noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814165.post-42196400369305829052010-04-03T18:17:21.933+02:002010-04-03T18:17:21.933+02:00Sarah, it's really neither. We generally call it tea cakes, tekakor, and unfortunately I haven't really found a good at-home version. They dry out rather quickly.Annehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18224478760304481724noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814165.post-2146967665239118062010-04-03T18:13:39.843+02:002010-04-03T18:13:39.843+02:00This looks so good! Is it a soft roll cut in half or is it a whole flat roll cooked on both sides, like an english muffin?Sarah Cornellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03062146419964258362noreply@blogger.com
