I tried to make bro...Oh, I like the sound of this!<br /><br />I tried to make broccoli soup myself not long ago, but it turned out a little bland so I had to add a lot of different spices after it was done. The term "season to taste" definitely applies with soups! I bet it's the Parmesan and anchovies that gives this dish a bit of a kick to it though! :D<br /><br />I hope you have a great Wednesday! I read the post the other day about the unpleasant comments that had been posted, but nevermind them. Continue making your contemporary dishes, as long as they're home made and wholesome, who cares if it's not the way the people use to do it back in the days?!
