One to look for though is Rosendahls Garden - that's a nice one. Not just about berries though, but it does have a few marmalades and recipes like that. :)

Nicole Marie - he'd trade in a heartbeat. :)

And toffee coming right up! :)Annehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18224478760304481724noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814165.post-1160551268926925102006-10-11T09:21:00.000+02:002006-10-11T09:21:00.000+02:00oh yes - that toffee is making me drool already......oh yes - that toffee is making me drool already...can't wait!! ;)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814165.post-1160511407601149272006-10-10T22:16:00.000+02:002006-10-10T22:16:00.000+02:00These pictures are just beautiful! These pictures are just beautiful!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814165.post-1160509357148137952006-10-10T21:42:00.000+02:002006-10-10T21:42:00.000+02:00I made my year load of lingon jam a few weeks ago....I made my year load of lingon jam a few weeks ago. Bought them this year, usually I pick them myself but because I've been very sick I can't really trekk in the wilderness so that's how we did that. The jam is as good as ever though :). And yep, the berries originated from Dalarna :).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814165.post-1160507595399085332006-10-10T21:13:00.000+02:002006-10-10T21:13:00.000+02:00Ooooh can't wait for that toffee!Ooooh can't wait for that toffee!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814165.post-1160492731698247402006-10-10T17:05:00.000+02:002006-10-10T17:05:00.000+02:00Anne, Do you you know of any Swedish (or Scandinav...Anne, Do you you know of any Swedish (or Scandinavian) cookery books that have been printed in English that make really good use of berries? I have a a good book on berries, but it specifically deals with those found in the U.S. and the recipes are also very American, which is a great thing, of course, but I would really love a little more variety and, preferably, something with a Northern European focus (I'm so greedy).Shaunhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08345640038135299538noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814165.post-1160492691296157282006-10-10T17:04:00.000+02:002006-10-10T17:04:00.000+02:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Shaunhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08345640038135299538noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814165.post-1160491217613432302006-10-10T16:40:00.000+02:002006-10-10T16:40:00.000+02:00Wow... next time you go into the woods, can I trad...Wow... next time you go into the woods, can I trade places with Per?? I am so jealous of the bounty of wild foods (and nature in general) that you have in Sweden, and I can't believe that there are people who don't enjoy it! So do tell him that if he'd ever like to come to smog-and-concrete Los Angeles for vacation instead... ;)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
