They were delicious, but they really needed some kind of condiment. Any suggestions? Thanks for giving me the inspiration!
I also need to thank Kevin for the sage tip (I served the chops with pasta in sage butter), and Raquel for the no-need-for-egg tip!Pillehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05817049547134774699noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814165.post-1131827922558793832005-11-12T21:38:00.000+01:002005-11-12T21:38:00.000+01:00These look delish! Sage must be a wonderful addition, I'm definitely trying that. Yum!

Raquel - really, they stay on? I have to try. Not that I mind the fat from the egg - it's so little - but it's really messy and I'd happily cut it out.

Linn Beate, thank you so much. :)Annehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18224478760304481724noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814165.post-1131566511567654672005-11-09T21:01:00.000+01:002005-11-09T21:01:00.000+01:00Just want to say hi again. I have found that using the egg mixture isn't necessary; just adds more fat. You should try it next time. I think you will find that you won't even miss it!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814165.post-1131554095859761322005-11-09T17:34:00.000+01:002005-11-09T17:34:00.000+01:00That's a great sub!
